We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can independently manage the accounting operations of multiple entities, including both Pakistani Rupee-based companies and US Dollar-based entities. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks (certified) and hands-on experience in managing full-cycle accounting, reporting, and compliance for both local and international businesses.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations for multiple entities, including those in Pakistan and the US.

Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with respective regulations.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local taxation (Pakistan) and US accounting standards.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants for local and US entities.
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online accounting systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- QuickBooks Certified with proven experience using it for Pakistani and US entities.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a role covering multiple companies.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and familiarity with US GAAP principles.
