We are seeking an experienced Freelance Bidder who can identify quality projects, write winning proposals, communicate with potential clients, and generate business through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and similar marketplaces.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of winning projects for software development, AI solutions, web development, mobile applications, or IT services.
Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and similar platforms
- Submit customized, high-converting proposals
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
- Communicate professionally with international clients
- Follow up with prospects until project closure
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates

Meet monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets
Requirements
- Proven experience bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelance platforms

Excellent English written communication skills
