- Leadership & Management: Mentor Technical Managers, set objectives, track KPIs, and foster innovation for high performance and growth.

Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multiple teams.

Strong expertise in software development, cloud technologies, DevOps, and system architecture.
