We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe, and has a proven track record of leading teams toward high performance in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Guide teams on Agile practices and support the development of high-performing teams.
- Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel or resource.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution.
- Foster self-organization, accountability, and ownership within the team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy product backlog is maintained, groomed, and prioritized.
- Support and mentor less experienced Scrum Masters or team members as needed.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics and team performance.
- Promote continuous improvement and organizational agility through Agile coaching and facilitation.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile teams.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
Nice to have

Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)

Experience in Agile transformation or enterprise-level Agile adoption.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or product delivery in technical environments.

Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC)
